A NEW CONSTITUTION? Should there Be one?
legislative branch has the power to declare war right. when was the last time we’ve declared war? IRAQ? NO Vietnam? NO. Korean War? No? Gulf War? Nope! Try WW2! so in that sense id like to go ahead and say the U.S an Empire, continuely The united states has engage in conflict without properly declaring war. If they are going to do that and continue to piss on the constitution write a new one for the times we are in today. dont discrace our founding fathers, we need a new constitution because of it, theres more….later.much
